This pretty lumbar pillow with its twining, flowering vine motif is made from the border of a vintage Turkish kilim rug we found in Konya. It reverses to a cotton back with a full zip.
Pillow inserts are sold separately - we recommend a 16" x 24" down insert for this pillow.
