These decorative bowls were used in traditional hammams throughout Morocco, they are made of a special metal called melchior which is a non-tarnishing silver toned metal. These bowls would have been used to splash cooling water when in the steam rooms of the baths.
As these bowls are handmade, each design will be slightly different - making each bowl unique.
